In some countries like Belgium or France, the tax administration requires from Airlines to declare the commission paid to travel agents and miscellaneous fees paid to Service providers.
DataWings is linked with these administrations and is able to provide the complete handling of the administrative process on behalf of airlines.
To perform the Service, DataWings will need the 12 Hot files (BSP) of the concerned year or the R5030 iata report available on BSP Link. The process will then be set up directly with the tax office and the airline will receive after their final validation reports including transactions details as well as a declaration certificate in case of tax audit.
